Customer Solutions & Innovation (CSI) is DHL's cross-divisional commercial and innovation unit. We are responsible for managing about 100 of DHL's largest and most strategically important customers providing them with sector expertise, best in class account management and most innovative products & solutions.

Principal Accountabilities

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide well-established reports Implement continuous integration and deployment processes in Azure Databricks Develop and maintain data pipelines in Azure Data Factory Locate and define new process improvement opportunities, especially with respect to automation of ongoing reports Develop and implement code to collect data from various data sources Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets independently Filter and clean data to locate outliers and enhance data quality Manage and update dashboards in PowerBI Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Pursuing BS or MS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics Strong knowledge of and experience in programming languages such as Python, Spark as well as SQL Knowledge in working with Azure technologies (e.g., Databricks, Data Factory) Technical expertise regarding Machine Learning models, database design development, data mining, segmentation techniques Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages/tools for analyzing datasets and reporting (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, SPSS etc) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at generating queries, writing reports and presenting findings to technical as well as non-technical stakeholder
