Sales & Customer Service Representative
(m/f/d)
in full or part time.
Your tasks:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a smooth order process.
Manage order confirmations, invoicing, and payment tracking in CRM systems.
Assist in sales reporting, tracking KPIs, and identifying performance trends.
Support lead qualification by gathering key customer data and forwarding high-quality leads to the sales team.
Maintain and update customer and sales records in CRM, ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborate with Logistics to track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
Provide first-level customer service and escalate technical inquiries to the support team.
Your profile:
1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, reports, and CRM tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English; German proficiency (B2+) preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
