Locations: Karlsruhe, Germany (On-site)

We are now looking for
SALES COORDINATOR
in Karlsruhe to strengthen our growing team!!!YOUR TASKS:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
· Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
· Act as the key contact person for customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service
· Support the KAM in all negotiations with the customer to maximize company growth
· Analyze customer needs to identify new business opportunities
· Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing and Product Development
YOUR PROFILE:
· Experience in sale, or customer service, ideally in the consumer goods sector
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team
· Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (minimum C2).
· Knowledge of ERP systems and ticketing systems is desirable.
· Willingness to be fully on-site in Karlsruhe and travel internationally when required
· Very good MS Office skills and experience with Hubspot application are desirable
