As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering personalized shopping experiences, helping clients discover the perfect jewelry pieces, and ensuring they leave with a lasting impression of our brand. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

: Provide exceptional, personalized service by guiding clients in selecting the perfect jewelry pieces tailored to their needs, preferences, and occasions.

Product Expertise

: Stay informed about Neve Jewels’ collections, customization options, materials, and craftsmanship, and share your knowledge with customers.

Sales Performance

: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring a focus on quality service and client satisfaction.

Relationship Building

: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by remembering their preferences, assisting with after-sales care, and offering personalized recommendations.

Inventory Management

: Assist with stock levels, replenishment, and inventory tracking to ensure product availability.

Customer Feedback

: Collect customer insights to improve the store experience and share valuable feedback with management.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with your team to foster a welcoming, positive store atmosphere.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience

: Previous retail or sales experience, ideally in luxury goods or jewelry.

Customer-Focused

: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for exceptional service.

Product Knowledge

: Genuine interest in jewelry and willingness to learn.

Sales Skills

: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and identify customer needs.

Team Player

: Positive attitude and collaboration skills.
