Therefore we are currently looking for an

Sales Assistant - Premium / Luxury Fashion / Accessories (m/f/d)

for our Hamburg headquarters.

Your Mission

As a Sales Assistant, you will work alongside the (Senior) Sales Managers in an international client environment (B2B). You are part of the Sales Backoffice team and collaborate closely with the Buying, Logistics, and Finance departments. You manage customer offers, orders, and related services. You support communication with national and international clients. Additionally, you oversee customer purchases and delivery schedules. Creating and maintaining sales reports as well as analyzing market and pricing potential will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your Profile

A completed degree in Business Administration, Fashion and Textile Management, or a similar field. First experience in Sales/Account Management (e.g., as a working student), ideally in the fashion industry, is a plus. Passion for fashion and Sales/Account Management. Good experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel (or Google Workspace). The motivation to work in a team-oriented, well-organized, and process-oriented manner. A high level of enthusiasm, presentation skills, and strong numerical understanding. Fluent in both German and English.
