Im Rahmen der Nachfolge suchen wir für unser Customer Service Team am Standort Beeskow zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen
SALES ASSISTANT (m/w/d)
:WORAN SIE ARBEITEN WERDEN:
Bearbeitung von Anfragen
Begleitung der Aufträge in Bezug auf Planung, Produktion und Transport/Verladung
Betreuung eines definierten Kundenstamms (national und international)
Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Erstellung von Exportdokumenten
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Statistiken, Übersichten, Präsentationen
WAS MACHT SIE BEI UNS ERFOLGREICH:
Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP
Gute Englisch- und Polnischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
