YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

We're looking for a motivated Sales assistant to support our B2C sales team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our customers:

Support the B2C sales team in daily operations and administrative tasks Daily calls for farmers and booking appointments for sales team Assist in managing and updating customer databases and CRM systems Help prepare sales materials, reports, and presentations Assist the sales team in the follow-up process and support quality customer service Learn the ins and outs of our sales strategies and contribute to team targets Be able to work remotely from home

WE EXPECT:

Proficiency in communications Strong interest in sales, customer service, or business development Comfortable making structured phone calls with the goal of setting up meetings, not immediate selling Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus) Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset Team player attitude with a willingness to learn Previous experience in sales support or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
