We are looking for a motivated

Sales Support Assistant (m/f/d)

to join our team and help us stay in touch with potential clients, pre-qualify leads, and guide them through our health & performance coaching process in an empathetic and structured way.

This is a long-term, in-office position based in beautiful Larnaca, Cyprus.

No sales experience? Career changers welcome!

During your onboarding phase, you’ll learn everything you need to succeed – step by step. No prior sales experience required.
Training typically lasts 2–4 months.

Your responsibilities:

Support our health & performance coaches with their daily sales-related tasks Prepare prospects for their initial consultation via phone Schedule and follow up on appointments for our strategy coaches Occasionally attend trade shows, industry events, or networking meetups for client acquisition

What you bring:

Requirements:

A completed vocational training or degree is helpful but not mandatory Ability to follow existing processes reliably Fast learner with a disciplined mindset Strong communication skills and a sense for precision Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure A calm, pleasant, and clear speaking voice Flawless written and spoken German skills Experience or interest in coaching, health, psychology, or online marketing is a plus – but not required
