To achieve this ambitious goal, we have partnered with hand-picked, high-quality medical providers around the world. On our website, patients can find and compare medical providers for their desired treatment, get in touch with us and book it instantly.



We are based in Berlin and are a team of 35 international, entrepreneurial, determined and super friendly colleagues

Your tasks:

You are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure that each of them receives first-class advice With your empathy and natural charm, you build trust and make patients feel comfortable booking their treatment through us You guide patients through the entire process - from the first phone call, travel bookings, contact with the clinics to the medical procedure Don't like cold calling? With us, you only contact pre-filtered leads! You love the combination of both worlds - sales and customer service

Your skillset:

You speak

English on a native level

OR You speak

German on a native level,

with very good English

communication skills You already have professional experience in sales & customer service, e.g. gastronomy, hotel industry, retail or in a call center You are exceptionally communicative - you love talking to people or talking on the phone and know how to express yourself perfectly You are also highly motivated, structured and service-oriented - you don't give up until you have reached your goal

professional healthcare experience is a big plus
