We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin/Logistics Staff to support our operations in Germany.

This position plays a key role in supporting daily sales administration in the ERP and handling logistics tasks to enable active sales operations.

Your responsibilities include:



This is a full-time position based in Eschborn, Germany, and dedicated to supporting the Sales Administration and Logistics of the InBody Germany branch.

The Sales Admin/Logistics Staff will:

Ÿ Support order processing and data maintenance in ERP to enable smooth sales activities.

Ÿ Coordinate daily warehouse operations and shipment (outbound/inbound, documents, carriers)

Ÿ Maintain accurate inventory and reports, driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities



Manage warehouse facilities and stock levels. Prepare packing lists and shipping documents; maintain outbound order lists. Monitor and manage daily outbound shipments. Coordinate pick-up orders and courier bookings. Maintain ERP data for sales/logistics. Prepare weekly and monthly reports (inventory, shipments, backorders). Conduct process improvement initiatives. Check and record goods receipt and reconcile discrepancies.

Who are you?



Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written (Korean is a plus). Familiarity with Microsoft Office; ideally experience with ERP and WMS systems. Work Experience in Warehouse/Logistics or Sales Administration is a plus (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply). Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage data accurately, stay organized, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
