Job Description

As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations.


In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain by ensuring that all shipping and receiving activities are conducted in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure that all materials and products are properly documented and tracked throughout the shipping and receiving process.



Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute the shipment of products, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with shipping regulations Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality of products Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory levels

YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment Experience with inventory management systems
WE VALUE
Associate's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
