In Ihrer Rolle als „Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Auftragsabwicklung im Ersatzteilvertrieb“ sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Kunden schnell und effizient die passenden Komponenten erhalten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Kollegen/Kollegin mit Organisationstalent und technischem Verständnis.

Ihre Verantwortung

Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen innerhalb des eigenen Arbeitsbereiches innerhalb der geltenden SOP Ersatzteilvertrieb Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie definierten Aufgaben (Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen) Fachgerechte Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung für Ersatzteile und Standardgeräte Pflege der bestehenden Kundenkontakte Klärung von technischen Details mit den Fachabteilungen Klärung mit Unterlieferanten über Art, Preis, Lieferzeit Terminverfolgung und Einhaltung der Liefertermine Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zum Betriebs- oder Fachwirt bzw. Techniker (m/w/d) Erfahrung im Bereich Ersatzteilwesen oder technischer Vertrieb von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (SAP) Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Kundenkontakt Zuverlässigkeit, sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit Verantwortungs-, Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
