The

Runner

is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

You’ll be in charge of:

Welcome and help customers, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. Support the sales team when serving customers. Taking unsold products from sales area to stockroom and viceversa. Processing product deliveries and online orders. Assist the Sales Assistants with wrapping their sales. Serve drinks to customers when needed. Contributing to the organization, maintenance and optimization of the warehouse. Keeping the sales floor clean and tidy

If you:

Passion for fashion Customer-oriented approach 2+ years expertise in Retail Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Fluent in English and German language
