In order to strengthen our team, located in Ismaning, we are looking for you as a self-driven individual at our offices in Ismaning, Germany for the role of:

Risk Professional - Information and Communications Technology (ICT) (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Maintaining an effective ICT risk management system and framework in accordance with legal requirements and Company’s policies. Support the identification and assessment of all relevant ICT risks to which the companies in the AND-E SE group are exposed. Draft stress and scenario tests and challenge of the determined protection requirements based on legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. EIOPA guidelines) Submission of the results and reports of the ICT risk management process to the relevant stakeholders Creation and review of a central ICT Risk Management guideline for managing ICT risks across the organization

Your profile

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or IT Engineering and experience (minimum 2 years) in ICT or Security risk management, through professional roles Knowledge of key ICT risk frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework) Familiarity with relevant European insurance regulations, particularly DORA and VAIT, or willingness to deepen knowledge in this area Understanding of incident management and business continuity/disaster recovery (BC/DR) practices and third-party risk management / outsourcing risk Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to grow further in these areas Fluent written and spoken English. German and other European languages are an advantage
