Role Description

As an AI RevOps & GTM Intern, you’ll work at the intersection of automation, AI, and growth, supporting both client projects and Checkpoint’s own expansion. You’ll build workflows using tools like Clay, n8n, Smartlead, and Outreach, help design scalable GTM systems, and experiment with AI to improve sales, marketing, and operations. And there will be plenty of space for bringing ideas to the table and experimenting.

You will work remotely from Germany, preferably from Berlin and occasionally on-site, helping to streamline sales systems, align processes, and utilize data for actionable insights.

You’ll be part of a lean, fast-moving team where ideas are tested, tools are tinkered with, and no two days look the same. We’ll give you space to explore, learn, and make things happen.

What you'll do

As an AI RevOps & GTM Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience building and optimizing next-gen GTM systems. You’ll work on internal and client projects including:

Automating GTM workflows using tools like Clay, n8n, Smartlead, Outreach, and Instantly Supporting lead generation, ICP mapping, and campaign personalization with AI assistance Researching market segments, enrichment sources, and prospecting data Building or improving dashboards, automations, and reports Testing and integrating AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) into real RevOps workflows Collaborating on strategy and enablement projects with consultants and GTM leaders

Who you are

Based in Germany, fluent in English (German is a plus) Studying or recently graduated in Business, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or related fields Interested in AI, automation, and how GTM teams scale Comfortable with modern tools and workflows (no coding required) Analytical and structured thinker who enjoys solving growth problems Curious, proactive, and excited by startups and fast-paced environments
Bonus points if you’ve:

Used or explored tools like Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Outreach, HubSpot, or n8n Built or automated anything using AI (even small experiments) Worked on a project involving marketing, RevOps, or CRM systems
