Job Description
Responsibilities?
1.Greet and assist customers by providing knowledgeable suggestions based on a deep understanding of Xiaomi products
2.Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience
3.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products accordingly
4.Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling both cash and card payments in compliance with store policies
5.Ensure products are properly displayed on shelves according to guidelines, and support promotional setups and visual merchandising
6.Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization
7.Maintain a clean and organized store environment
8.Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and promotions
9.Support the store manager with additional tasks as required
10.Drive sales performance by achieving targets and monitoring sales trends across product categories and customer profiles
Requirements?
1.Previous experience in retail or the electronics industry is preferred
2.Strong interest in sales and a fast learner
3.Fluent in German; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5.Passion for technology and consumer electronics
6.Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and a willingness to grow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 2.500,00€ - 3.500,00€ per month
