We are looking for a retail service support with passion and drive to support our store in Dusseldorf, Koenigsallee.
This opportunity will provide you with insights into the luxury fashion industry as well as an understanding of our corporate culture and our day-to-day management. You will receive the opportunity to learn from our experienced teams.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a retail service support you will be a strong support for the team as a whole and gain skills in the retail area of a high-class luxury brand
- You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and help the team on the floor with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
- You are responsible for cleanelineness and safety of our products on the shop floor
- You are responsible for delivering the goods from stockroom to a Sales Associate on the sales floor in our boutique
- You are responsible for offering best in class service - like serving drinks to the clients
- You participate in and support the stock team on stock tasks and transfer take
Profile
- You have an eye for detail
- You have strong organizational and communication skills
- You are flexible, dynamic, and open minded
- You speak german and english - another language on top is a plus
- You are available to work a few hours a day (part-time)
