Retail Sales Apprenticeship

starting

August 2026

and are looking for dedicated talents with passion and drive, who are eager to start their career in retail.
Tasks & Responsibilities

+ Gain hands-on experience by rotating through various departments within our boutique
+ Support both front-of-house (sales floor) and back-of-house operations
+ Learn key retail processes such as customer service, stock management, and visual merchandising
+ Apply classroom learnings directly in a luxury retail environment
+ Receive personalized training and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship
+ Deliver outstanding customer service and act as a brand ambassador for Maison Christian Dior, ensuring every client feels welcome and valued
+ Prepare for a potential role as a Sales Associate upon successful completion of the program
Profile

+ Successfully completed secondary school education (Mittlerer Schulabschluss or equivalent)
+ Passion for retail and enthusiasm for the world of Maison Christian Dior
+ Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive, positive mindset
+ Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
+ Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
