YOUR PROFILE
Strong sense of responsibility and identification with the service sector. Curiosity and passion for people and their career paths. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Hands-on mindset; bilingual (German/English). Motivation, social competence, excellent written English. Structured working style and ambition to grow. University degree and ideally experience in a similar role.
YOUR ROLE
Conduct market research to identify companies and talent pools. Perform candidate identification and qualification calls. Lead interviews to assess suitability and motivation. Prepare confidential reports and documentation. Support candidates throughout the search process. Participate in strategy sessions, trainings, and events.
