Job Description

Responsible for supporting the successful delivery of German HTA/AMNOG dossier submissions, including providing consulting services for dossier strategy development and post-submission activities. This role requires seamless integration into co.faktor, specifically within the co.value team, which operates in a fully remote environment

Education

:

Master’s degree in relevant scientific-, medical-, or health-economic field. MBA, MD, or PhD desirable.


Experience:

Prior industry- or consulting working experience is desirable, specifically in the field of German health-technology assessments, but not mandatory.


Skills:



Proficiency in the use of basic- and collaborative office IT programs like Apps included in the Microsoft365 suite Ability to work independent in a remote setting while setting priorities across multiple projects in agreement with the responsible project leader Adaptability to integrate into internal project team dynamics and work processes Affinity for medical writing and a general interest in accomplishing a fact-base from multiple sources General curiosity applied to problem solving Interest in client interactions with willingness to present results in front of a small audience Attention to detail to deliver work-outputs with limited need for re-work Ability to listen to client guidance, separate must haves from need to haves, and translates client comments into an action plan InternalQualificationsStr

Support German HTA/AMNOG health technology assessment projects within a project team of 2–4 members by independently drafting module sections and actively participating in regular internal team meetings Assist in the development of strategic briefing documents for health technology assessments, such as G-BA briefing books Participate regularly in client meetings, including preparation and documentation of meeting minutes Contribute to internal corporate and training sessions to foster knowledge sharing and team development Engage in marketing initiatives, such as webinars and LinkedIn posts, to strengthen the brand recognition of co.faktor and Cytel Occasional travel may be required ExternalResponsibilitiesStr
