Your Role

As a Senior UI/UX Designer & Researcher, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, impactful designs that delight users. Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the

overall product strategy

, helping drive direction with a user-centered design approach that aligns with company goals. Lead

end-to-end design projects

, from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful user experience.

Be proactive

in providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of designs. Collaborate closely with

engineers, product managers, and stakeholders

to ensure flawless design implementation. Conceptualize and deliver

feature designs and improvements

efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Develop

user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

to bring new product features and updates to life. Play a key role in establishing and refining

design processes

that reflect a

commitment to detail

and a

customer-first mindset

. Regularly engage in

User Research Sessions

to deeply understand and advocate for customer needs, using insights to inform design decisions. Help maintain and expand a

design system

that ensures visual consistency and scalability across the product.

Your Profile

A deep passion for design and a proven ability to create

best-in-class solutions

for UX, UI, and interaction challenges. A

portfolio showcasing exceptional product design

that highlights creativity, innovation, and the ability to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments (minimum 5+ years in a SaaS setting). Demonstrated expertise in

user experience research

, including crafting and testing

seamless customer journeys

through user research, wireframes, scenarios, and interaction design. Proven ability to

solve complex interaction design problems

with thoughtful and innovative solutions. Proficiency in

visual communication and prototyping

, using tools like

Figma

to transform ideas into functional designs. Strong skills in

visual design, UI, and interaction design

, with meticulous attention to detail and consistency. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and other designers.

Nice to Have

Strong understanding of

design systems

and experience with technical tools such as

Git, VSCode, and Origami

. Experience in

motion design

to enhance user engagement. Knowledge of
