Das bringen Sie mit:

Abgeschlossenes Studium in

Chemie, Biomedizin, Biochemie, Biotechnologie

oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich

Regulatory Affairs

und mit der

europäischen Gesetzgebung

– gerne auch durch Praktika oder Studienprojekte Fundiertes Verständnis rechtlicher Anforderungen Kenntnisse in

Zollregularien

und

Compliance

sind von Vorteil Verhandlungssichere

Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

in Wort und Schrift Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen

Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen

Ihre Aufgaben:

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben Selbstständige Kommunikation und Koordination mit

EU-Behörden, Kunden und Lieferanten

Umsetzung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Pflege relevanter Genehmigungen Beratung von Kunden sowie Überwachung von

Lizenzen und behördlichen Sperren

Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Stellungnahmen und Durchführung

vertriebsrelevanter Schulungen

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit

Vertrieb, Qualitätsmanagement, Marketing

und europäischen Ansprechpartnern Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
