For our growing AutoStore business, we are looking for an experienced leader who combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset. As Regional Solution Design Manager EMEA, you will take responsibility for developing customized system solutions and lead a dedicated team that supports Sales in delivering complex customer projects.

Your tasks



Take ownership of solution design across the EMEA region, with a focus on AutoStore projects Lead and develop an international team of Solution Designers Collaborate closely with Sales Directors, Engineering, and Project Teams to create optimal customer solutions Develop technically and commercially sound concepts based on data analysis (e.g., using Excel or KNIME) Ensure a smooth transition to the project realization phase after contract closure Support and train the sales organization on technical and conceptual topics Drive the continuous improvement of best practices and design standards

Your profile



Degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering) Several years of experience in Solution Design or System Engineering Background in intralogistics or automation Initial leadership experience with a passion for developing and motivating team Strong understanding of complex, capital-intensive systems and their economic evaluation Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages a plus) Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and strong execution skills Enjoys working in an international and multicultural environment
