1. Service Delivery and SLA Management
Ensure work orders are completed within agreed SLA timelines, achieving a 95% completion rate within 48 hours and 100% within 96 hours.
Collaborate daily with dispatch and team leads to review site status and generate daily operational reports.
Maintain and monitor the work order tracking sheet, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of updates.
Identify potential delays or SLA risks proactively, collect relevant information, and take corrective actions or escalate appropriately.
2. Workforce Stability and Onsite Management
Act as the EHS Representative to promote a safe and compliant working environment through regular safety, environmental, and health briefings and awareness sessions.
Serve as the EAP Representative, monitoring employee engagement and well-being to ensure workforce stability.
Oversee shift scheduling and attendance management, including monthly attendance verification and preparation of next month’s duty roster.
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime applications in compliance with company policy.
Coordinate with the training department to facilitate onboarding, technical training, and assessments for new employees.
3. Reporting and Coordination
Support daily communication and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Prepare and present regular reports on SLA performance, workforce status, and site operations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address operational challenges and support regional IT initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of SLA-based service delivery and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of EHS compliance, workforce management, and site coordination is preferred.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, reporting tools, and work order tracking systems.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible hours as required by operational needs.
