Eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben erwartet Sie, unter anderem:

Unterstützung des regionalen HR-Teams bei den täglichen Aufgaben, Mitverantwortung für HR-Projekte, die unsere regionalen Prozesse gestalten, Das Team über die neuesten HR-Trends informieren, Implementierung interner Kommunikationspläne zur Steigerung des Mitarbeiterengagements, Organisation von Veranstaltungen für unsere Mitarbeiter, Unterstützung des Rekrutierungsprozesses, vom Employer Branding bis zu Vorstellungsgesprächen, Verbesserung unseres Trainingsprozesses.

Applicant's profile

Sie bringen mit:

Derzeit in einem relevanten Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben und mindestens ein weiteres Jahr bis zum Abschluss, Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss, Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office-Anwendungen, Hands-on-Mentalität und Lernbereitschaft, Kreative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
