Job description
This individual contributor role is part of our Regional HR Team and covers two main roles; supporting matters related with Regional Head Office employees and supporting Regional HR initiatives.
A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
Handling the overall HR processes for Regional Head Office (RHO) employees in line with the Group and Regional HR policies and the business needs,
Ensuring that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices and regulations,
Fostering positive employee relations by resolving conflicts and addressing concerns,
Ensuring that workplace policies and procedures are followed and that employees are treated fairly and equitably,
Partnering with the manager/business leaders and monitoring key talent initiatives for RHO employees, including onboarding, performance management, trainings, etc.,
Providing HR consulting and coaching services for managers and business leaders to solve significant people issues such as organizational structure changes, etc.
Conducting employee onboardings and planning their integration paths with the relevant teams,
Ensuring the data of RHO employees are up to date in HRIS,
Leading various Regional HR initiatives like diversity campaigns, Employee Engagement Survey,
Supporting reporting related to HR matters where necessary,
Keeping abreast of any changes in HR legislation to ensure the company is compliant at all times.
Applicant's profile
You bring along:
Bachelor's or Master's degree on Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field,
Minimum 5 years of experience in the above-mentioned tasks,
Strong knowledge of German labor law,
Fluent in German and English,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Experienced with managing different level of stakeholders in an international environment would be a huge plus.
