Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, Munich (www.mutares.com), as a listed private equity holding company, acquires medium-sized companies in special situations, which show significant operational improvement potential and are sold again after undergoing a repositioning and stabilization process. Mutares actively support its portfolio companies with its own investment and operations teams and through strategic add-on acquisitions. The focus is on companies with revenues ranging from EUR 100 million to EUR 750 million, across various industries. The aim is to achieve a clear value increase with a focus on sustainable, long-term growth of the portfolio company.



For our HR department, we are seeking to hire a Recruiting Manager (m/f/d) with a proven track record in Recruiting and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role will be located in Munich.

Your Tasks

Manage the entire recruitment process independently – from requirements analysis to contract signing – with a strong focus on candidate experience Conduct active sourcing and targeted outreach to suitable candidates worldwide Handle contract management for international permanent hires as well as temporary roles (e.g., working students, interns) Support and optimise cross-border onboarding processes for new employees Collaborate closely with international business units and leadership teams to ensure optimal staffing for open positions Track and report key staffing metrics to support data-driven decisions

Your Profile

Completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of experience in recruiting – ideally in personnel consulting or internal recruiting with a focus on consulting, finance, or project management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach Solid knowledge of modern recruiting methods and a high affinity for digital tools and ATS systems (Teamtailor experience is a plus), combined with excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite Language skills: German and English business fluent, with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner
