The ideal candidate has already gained experience recruiting for those sectors and is committed to finding the very best talent. Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around hiring plan and strategy, driving the full end to end cycle Set and manage expectations on the recruiting timeline with hiring manager, proactively addressing potential issues and bringing solutions Use data to assess and measure candidate funnel, recruiting performance and talent market Prepare and present weekly reports to the Management/ Stakeholders Actively monitor and optimize recruiting funnel using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent Be an advocate for and drive a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy Conduct thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills to be successful in the Tesla environment Focus on providing a fantastic candidate experience at every opportunity, continuously looking for ways for us to do even better Provide training to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment processes and skills Minimum 4 years recruiting experience, preferably in an OEM or TIER1/ TIER2 companies or recruiting agency Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and hiring talent for Logistics and Procurement sectors Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, taking lead on assessing talent needs and setting hiring plans A genuine passion for recruiting as a craft and the desire to continuously learn and grow in your role Digitally savvy - ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems Performs well in an agile, fast-paced environment where things change very quickly Ability to adapt to constantly changing/fluctuating targets and business needs Skills in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends Excellent communication skills in English and some knowledge of German language desirable Willingness to travel to other Tesla office locations from time to time What we offer: You will be working in our state-of-the-art Gigafactory where you’ll solve the world\'s most interesting problems with the best and brightest people who share a passion to change the world.
