The Hapimag Resort in Binz on the island of Rügen is just a few steps from the fine-sandy Baltic Sea beach. It features 185 holiday apartments, a restaurant, wellness facilities, and an indoor pool.
We are looking immediately for a dedicated individual to strengthen our Reception Team, who will support our team and welcome our guests with a smile.

Guest support and advice during their stay Check-in, check-out, and cash handling Involvement in the optimization of quality assurance and guest satisfaction Guest correspondence and reservation processing Close cooperation with all departments #
What you bring along
Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage Good PC user skills Passion for guest service Fluent German, other foreign languages are an advantage Career changers are welcome #
