As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including leases, divestments and acquisitions. From strategic planning and valuation to negotiation and closing - ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

What you´ll do
Lead and execute end-to-end real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases and divestments
Oversee legal and regulatory aspects, such as reviewing and managing leasehold agreements, easements, land registry matters and cadastral changes, handling tax-related topics including real estate transfer tax
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Purchasing, Legal, Finance) and external partners (brokers, law firms, notaries and public authorities) to facilitate smooth communication and execution across all parties involved
Analyse market data, key financial metrics, and the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions to support strategic decision-making
Provide regular updates to senior management on transaction progress and milestones
Define negotiation strategies and participate in securing favorable terms
Collaborate with an international team of experts and in an intercultural environment

What makes you a good fit
Master’s degree in studies of real estate, legal, business administration, or related fields with a focus on real estate transaction management
At least 4 years of relevant experience in real estate transactions, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment
Strong knowledge of property-related legal matters (e.g. registrations, easements, cadastral changes), German property law as well as property evaluation and transaction processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills paired with a strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
Fluency in German (native or equivalent) and strong proficiency in English
