Freelance Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

We are currently seeking talented

Freelance Real Estate Photographers / Videographers

to join our team on a

project-based basis

. This is a great opportunity for freelancers looking to take on additional projects in the real estate media space.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial real estate properties Edit and enhance media content to meet Minaz Media’s quality standards Collaborate with our creative team to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently
Requirements

Proven proficiency in real estate photography and videography Experience with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro Strong attention to detail and a creative eye Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and time-management skills
Required Gear

Full-frame camera Wide-angle lens (10mm or wider) –

very important

Tripod Gimbal Drone (optional) Amaran or similar lighting (optional)
Payment

Project-based compensation Hourly rate typically ranges from €20–€35/hr with a defined budget per project, based on experience

To ensure a consistent review process, all applicants are required to submit the following:

A portfolio showcasing photography and/or videography work (real estate preferred) A list of camera gear and lenses Your hourly rate for photography and videography Your service area and availability

If you do not have a real estate portfolio

, please submit

5 sample photos

from a residential property, including:

Interior: living area, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), and corridor Exterior of the house
Please provide both the

RAW files

and the

final HDR images

for these samples alognside your portfolio.
