Job Description

Role Overview:

Join our R&D team to design and develop innovative products from concept to prototype. You will work on CAD design, process development, testing, and support innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design parts and assemblies in 3D CAD and create technical drawings Develop concepts and processes for prototypes and series production Support prototype manufacturing and testing, including reporting results Perform or coordinate simulations (FEM, Mold-Flow) Maintain documentation and BOMs in DMS Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams on requirements Contribute to innovation and process improvements

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or similar Experience with CAD (3D) and technical drawings Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tolerance analysis Familiarity with FEM/Mold-Flow and prototype development Good communication skills in German and English
