We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care in clinical and community settings. Nurses will assess patient health, administer medications, and provide education on wellness and disease prevention. The role requires collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment plans, maintain accurate medical records, and support patients and families with empathy, professionalism, and adherence to healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions and monitor vital signs regularly and accurately. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments following healthcare protocols. Collaborate with doctors to implement and update patient care plans. Educate patients and families on wellness, disease prevention, and management. Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records and documentation. Respond promptly to emergencies ensuring patient safety and appropriate interventions. Support clinical procedures and assist with diagnostic or therapeutic services. Uphold CVS nursing standards ensuring compassionate, professional patient care delivery.

Skill & Experience

Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team. Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills in healthcare delivery. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively. Empathy and patient-focused approach to provide holistic nursing care. Organizational skills to manage multiple patients and healthcare documentation accurately. Familiarity with medical software and electronic health record systems.
