Team mission
We are looking for an enthusiastic Quality & Safety Specialist to be part of our growing B2B environment, which delivers an outstanding experience to our suppliers. The mission of the team is to ensure we can safeguard the quality of the activities offered by our providers, ensure customer safety, and promote trust in GetYourGuide. We assist and educate Suppliers toward our GetYourGuide standards in order to provide unforgettable experiences to our customers.
Your mission
Manage Trust and Safety cases, resolving where possible and helping to educate our suppliers on our standards.
Monitor and provide corrective action for Supplier business misconduct
Assist and Educate Suppliers and work with stakeholders to improve the activities provided by Suppliers
Work with internal stakeholders in Sales, Tech, Connectivity, Legal, and Finance on day-to-day operations as well as on process improvements and projects
Analyze data for operations, challenges and supply issues, draw conclusions, and define targets, improvements, and projects based on that as key part of the role
Handle other tasks such as monitoring defects and answering partner emails and questions
Your toolkit
1 year quality/trust and safety experience or relevant fields
You thrive in a dynamic environment and process-led atmosphere and are able to adapt to evolving business needs
You are personable, approachable, and collaborative
You are a talented communicator (both written and verbal)
You enjoy data analysis and are comfortable with Jira, excel, and Looker
You are a self-starter and enjoy solving problems and improving processes
You understand why customer-centricity is core to our business needs and are able to apply this while communicating with our Business Partners
You understand the value of effective time management and prioritization in day to day tasks
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
