YOUR TASKS

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 — ideally within complex offshore or HVDC grid connection projects — and who can ensure systematic quality assurance across engineering, fabrication, and construction activities.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Develop, implement, and maintain a project-specific Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Define and document quality objectives, processes, and procedures for all project phases. Review and align quality requirements from standards, Technical Regulations, and project specifications. Establish quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures for design, fabrication, and construction. Develop and manage templates, forms, and tools for quality reporting, non-conformance tracking, and inspection documentation. Define quality requirements for contractors and suppliers, including responsibilities and interface management. Conduct and coordinate quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with project and contractual requirements. Support the project team in monitoring contractor performance and resolving quality-related issues. Ensure proper process documentation and alignment with PMO and project governance structures. Coordinate with engineering, HSE, and procurement teams to integrate quality considerations across disciplines. Prepare quality reports and presentations for project management and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS & YOUR EXPERTISE

Degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field. Experience in Quality Management for large-scale offshore, HVDC, or infrastructure projects. Proven track record in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) according to ISO 9001 standards. Experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems is an advantage.
