Del Monte (Germany) is seeking a

Quality Management Coordinator

for its Quality Department, on a

Temporary

contract (more than 1 year), starting

end of 2025 / beginning of 2026.

Reporting to the Commercial Director Germany based in our offices of Hamburg, you will assist with various tasks:

Centralization of all the certifications related to our German legal entity Preparation, execution, follow-up of IFS, organic, Chain of custody audits as well as supervision of standard compliance. Preparation and execution of trainings for quality standards of IFS, organic as well as HACCP, Food Defense, Food fraud and Hygiene. Planning, execution and evaluation of traceability tests. Evaluation of specification and residue analysis. Responsible for coordination of supplier declaration, customer statements including quality agreements. Communication with customers, suppliers, internal and external quality departments with regard to claims and quality topics Claim handling, settlement and follow-up with QC team.

Prerequisites

:

Proven (minimum 3- years) experience as Quality Management Coordinator in a Fruits/Vegetable -production/distribution company Excellent communication skills Fluent in written and spoken, German and English Experienced ERP user and knowledge of MS Office Ability to conduct thorough audits and inspections Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
