SUPPLIER QUALITY REPRESENTATIVE (AUTOMOTIVE)

Full bilingual English and Spanish (German is a plus)

Hourly Rate: €40.00 – €45.00 EUR

ROLE

As an independent Supplier Quality Representative, you will be assisting us inside

Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

, ensuring our customers have no quality concerns with Tesla. You will report any issues you detect and act proactively to prevent quality penalties.

ATTITUDES

Strong capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate swiftly and accurately with suppliers regarding any findings. Interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with key decision-makers at Tesla, both in English and Spanish (German is a plus).

ACTIVITIES

Daily visits inside Tesla Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg to monitor and evaluate quality performance. Direct communication with Tesla engineers to ensure their needs are supported and information is well-delivered. Immediate reporting of any issue that could impact the quality performance of our customers. Regular checks at strategic points in the assembly process to prevent problems and ensure continuous alignment with Tesla teams.
