Ein tiefes Verständnis des zu testenden Systems entwickeln und darin Fachexpertise aufbauen Qualitätsstandards in Zusammenarbeit mit den Engineering-, Produkt- und Design-Teams definieren und durchsetzen Testautomatisierungs-Frameworks mit Tools wie Robot Framework und Playwright entwickeln, um eine zuverlässige, skalierbare und wartbare Testabdeckung sicherzustellen KI-gestützte Testansätze nutzen, um QA-Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln QA-Strategien und -Ergebnisse dokumentieren, um eine lernorientierte Umgebung zu fördern und QA-Wissen im Team zu skalieren Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Testprozess vorantreiben, Automatisierung einsetzen und best Practices integrieren

Das bringst Du mit:

5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Quality Assurance oder Software Testing Proaktive, hands-on Arbeitsweise mit starkem Ownership-Mindset Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Testautomatisierung für webbasierte Anwendungen mit Playwright und Robot Framework Erste Erfahrung mit KI/LLMs zur Weiterentwicklung traditioneller QA-Ansätze Sicherer Umgang mit GitHub Fundiertes Verständnis von CI/CD-Konzepten und -Tools, z. B. Jenkins, GitHub Actions Erfahrung in agilen Umgebungen, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban Kenntnisse in Monitoring-Tools wie New Relic oder Sentry Gutes Verständnis des Software Development Lifecycle und der Rolle von Tests in den jeweiligen Phasen Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Testdokumentation Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch Ausgeprägte Neugier und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Erfahrung in explorativem und manuellem Testen, mit Blick für Edge Cases und komplexe Workflows Python-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Tools wie Selenium, Appium, Android Studio oder Xcode (als Vorteil)

Your Tasks

Develop a thorough understanding of system under test and become an expert in using it Define and enforce quality standards in collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams Develop test automation frameworks using tools like Robot Framework, Playwright to ensure reliable, scalable and maintainable test coverage Utilise AI-driven testing approaches in order to enhance QA processes Document QA strategies and findings, fostering a learning environment and helping scale QA knowledge across the team Drive continuous improvement in testing processes by leveraging automation and integrating best practices

Your Profile

5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing Proactive and hands-on approach with strong ownership attitude Proven experience in test automation for web-based applications using Playwright, Robot Framework First experience with AI/LLMs to redefine traditional QA approaches Proficient GitHub user Solid understanding of CI/CD concept and tools, e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions Agile experience, especially Scrum and Kanban Knowledge of monitoring tools like New Relic, Sentry Good understanding of software development life cycle and role of testing in specific phases Experience in writing test documentation Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English Strong curiosity with a problem-solving attitude Skilled in exploratory and manual testing, with an eye for spotting edge cases and understanding complex workflows Python knowledge and experience using tools like Selenium, Appium, Android Studio, Xcode (not mandatory)
