Deine Aufgaben

Interner und externer produktspezifischer Ansprechpartner in allen qualitätsrelevanten Fragen Erstellung von Dokumenten für die Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP/RGA) Durchführung von Kundenbemusterungen und Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen (PPAP/PPF) Durchführung von Produktanalysen und Erstellung detaillierter Testberichte Betreuung der Serienproduktion mit dem Schwerpunkt Reduzierung von Kundenreklamationen unter Anwendung von Qualitätstechniken (8D) Erfassung, Analyse und Auswertung der Regressansprüche sowie Schadteilanalyse von Feldausfällen Weiterentwicklung des Produktionssystems MAFACT Durchführung und Mitarbeit bei internen und externen Audits (z.B. nach VDA 6.5, VDA 6.3) Erfassung, Auswertung und Pflege von Qualitätsdaten und -dokumenten Mitwirkung beim à„nderungsmanagement Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings zur Qualitätssicherung

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung

in der Qualitätssicherung oder im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise im Automotive Bereich
Fundierte Kenntnisse zu Automotive Core Tools (APQP/RGA, FMEA, MSA, PPAP/PPF, SPC, 8D etc.) Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Problemanalyse und systematischen Lösungsfindung (z.B. 5Why Methode, Ishikawa-Diagramm, etc.) Ausgeprägte Auditkenntnisse Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse Kenntnisse in SAP und Babtec Lösungsorientierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen Sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit in der deutschen und englischen Sprache
