In Ihrer Rolle als Qualitätsprüfer (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie uns bei der Prüfung mechanischer Komponenten und Baugruppen. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position tragen Sie maßgeblich zur Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und zur Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden bei.

Ihre Verantwortung

Selbständiges Bearbeiten der bereichsspezifischen Aufgaben der Qualitätskontrolle Programmierung, Wartung und Anwendung des vorhandenen 2D- und 3D-Messequipments, Pflege sämtlicher Messmittel Dokumentation von Prüfarbeiten und Wartungsarbeiten im Modul QM und PM in SAP Beschaffung von geeignetem Equipment, welches die Funktion benötigt in Abstimmung mit der Teamleitung von der Angebotsphase bis zur Endabnahme und Inbetriebnahme Erstellung von Reklamationsberichten in SAP und aktive Unterstützung des Einkaufs bei der Reklamationsabwicklung Durchführung von Erstmusterprüfungen und Erstellung der zugehörigen Dokumentation Eigenständige Durchführung von Sonderprüfungen und -untersuchungen nach Abstimmung mit dem Anforderer und Erstellung der zugehörigen Dokumentation Anweisen, Anlernen und Einarbeiten neuer Mitarbeiter nach Aufforderung in sämtlichen Belangen der Fachfunktion

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Industriemechanik Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung oder Messtechnik wünschenswert Sicherer Umgang mit Messmitteln (z. B. Messschieber, Mikrometer, 3D-Koordinatenmessgeräte) Kenntnisse in der Auswertung technischer Zeichnungen und Normen Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise CAQ-Systeme) Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
