We - MT Aerospace - are part of the OHB Space and Technology Group. As a leading international aerospace company, we develop, manufacture and test essential components for launcher programs such as Ariane, the U.S. Space Launch System (SLS) as well as commercial launcher systems, the Airbus fleet, spacecrafts, satellites and defense applications. Thanks to globally unique manufacturing technologies, we create high-performance products made of metal and fiber composites, such as large load-bearing structures and cryotanks, lightweight structures and fuel as well as pressure tanks that combine maximum performance with minimum weight. Especially our business areas of additive manufacturing, CFRP and hydrogen mobility make us a sought-after partner outside the aerospace sector as well. Your Tasks


Management and maintenance of the process landscape in accordance with market and customer requirements Further development of the company in accordance with the requirements of EN 9100-2018 Management of official operating licences in accordance with the current scope of approval Planning, conducting and evaluating internal audits Overseeing certification and customer audits Initiating and managing corrective measures and reviewing their effectiveness. Maintaining and updating the MT-A management system, including incorporating official or customer-specific requirements Supporting specialist departments in the creation/revision of QM documentation: process descriptions, VA's, AA's Reporting audit results Creating and holding internal training courses in the area of responsibility

Your Qualifications

Master craftsman, technician or engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field of quality management In-depth knowledge of EN 9100, Part 21 and 145 Very good written and spoken German and English Willingness to travel on business Confident and professional manner, including with regard to CoC, communication skills and conflict management, as well as negotiation and consulting skills Confident use of MS Office and SAP R3
