Du sicherst die Qualität von Bauteilen, die in sicherheitskritischen Anwendungen in der Luftfahrt eingesetzt werden. Von der ersten Erstmusterprüfung bis zum Kundenfeedback bist du der Garant für fehlerfreie Prozesse und Produkte.
Deine Aufgaben
PPAP & QAP
- Erstellung von Control Plans, MFC, FAIR, Bubbled Drawings, Reports - QAP nach ISO 10005 erstellen und pflegenPrüfungen & Tests
- Unterstützung bei ATP, ATR, QTP, QTR - Prüfplanung & Messtechnik begleitenChange & Dokumente
- Steuerung von Änderungen (Change Management) - Dokumentenmanagement im IMS - Concessions & Fehlerkataloge erstellenReklamationen & Kunden
- Bearbeitung interner Fehler & Reklamationen nach 8D - Kundenfragebögen & Quality Agreements bearbeitenSchnittstellen & Zusammenarbeit
- Enge Kooperation mit Produktion, Engineering & KundenDein Profil
Must-Haves
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement / QS-Umfeld - Fundierte Kenntnisse PPAP, QAP, 8D, Change-Prozesse - Technisches Verständnis & Umgang mit Messmitteln - Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+) - Strukturierte, präzise, proaktive Arbeitsweise - Hands-on-Mentalität - Belastbarkeit & Teamfähigkeit?
Nice-to-Haves
- Erfahrung Automotive, Aerospace, Extrusion / Injection Molding (Silikon/Kunststoff) - Interner Auditor - SAP / QADJetzt bewerben!
