Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team of Quality Assistant Representatives and Analytical Testers on site.\n
• Develop and maintain quality and reliability objectives for the success of the project.\n
• Represent the client\xe2\x80\x99s interest in all quality related functions.\n
• Oversee sub contractors\xe2\x80\x99 work performance and support the subcontractors on any training issues.\n
• Analyse and escalate quality issues from/with/to all stakeholders\n
• Support client\xe2\x80\x99s RFI process.\n
• Make recommendations on field issues.\n
• Provide daily project progress assessments.\n
• Development and analysis of statistical data.\n
• Investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality.\n
• Identify barriers and root causes of quality issues and performance gaps.\n
• Maintain and update customer and company reporting documents.\n
• Comply with the company and client standard operating procedures and policies.\n

Qualifications:

• 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a relevant field.\n

• Confident communicator & Good customer service skills.\n
• Punctual, motivated, and organised self-starter who is enthusiastic and conscientious about completing work on time and to a high standard.\n
• Demonstrate a positive approach to work and be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.\n
• Strong attention to detail and maintain a tidy work area.\n
• Must operate hand tools with confidence.\n
