Responsibilities:
Creation, qualification and evaluation of suppliers in ARIBA SLP and SAP
Support in resolving invoice discrepancy, in clarifications with suppliers, accounting and stakeholders
Negotiation and clarification of basic commercial terms (e.g. payment terms, incoterms) with suppliers
Master Data management in SAP, ARIBA (e.g. Info records, payment terms, etc.) and Teamcenter
Creation of NDAs and finalization of signing process for NDA and contracts in DocuSign tool
Support in myPurchase purchase requisitions (verification, assign right category, etc.)
Qualifications:
Commercial training or studies
First experience in purchasing/ procurement field in dealing with suppliers and stakeholders
Confident in IT Tools (SAP, myPurchase, Ariba, DocuSign, ServiceNow, etc.)
AI affinity and first hand AI experience is desirable
Independent working style, Team player, ideally intercultural competence and basic stakeholder management experience
Strong communication skills in German (Fluent) and English (Fluent), basic French skills desirable
