Public Affairs & Communications Manager (m/f/d)

The area of responsibility includes:

Maintaining and developing relationships with authorities, port authorities, associations, etc. Developing and implementing public affairs strategies to support corporate goals Preparing, supporting, and following up on negotiations with partners and customers Providing legally compliant advice and coordination on relevant issues, particularly in the area of contracts (review, drafting, negotiation) Preparation of presentations and statements Monitoring of political and industry-relevant developments, reporting to management Being responsible for the company’s PR strategy and contacts

We expect:

Several years of professional experience Strong networking skills with authorities and associations Negotiation skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking Legal understanding and experience in advising on regulatory issues Very good English skills. German, Swedish or Polish are a plus. Proactive, engaging communication style and team orientation
