For a cultural association in the Berlin area, we are looking for a dedicated personality to manage our diverse real estate portfolio – consisting of residential and commercial properties including gastronomy. As a Property Manager, you will take responsibility and actively shape the further development of our properties.



Aufgaben



Independent management of a real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties including gastronomy) Support and communication with tenants, including contract management, handovers, and complaint handling Planning, tendering, coordination, and supervision of maintenance and repair works Management and oversight of external service providers (caretakers, contractors, facility services) Preparation of budgets, operating cost statements, and reports Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as quality and safety standards Participation in modernization and optimization projects to maintain and enhance property value

Qualifikation



Completed education or degree in Real Estate / Property Management or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in property management or real estate administration Solid knowledge of tenancy law, contract management, and financial processes Strong organizational skills with a high degree of personal responsibility and assertiveness Excellent communication skills in dealing with tenants, owners, and service providers Very good German skills, English is an advantage
