A property accountant is responsible for the proper accounting management of individual real estate properties. A property accountant works closely with the property management and controlling departments and makes a significant contribution to the economic transparency and stability of the properties under management.
your tasks:
Preparation of monthly debit positions Allocation and recording of tenant and deposit payments Proper accounting of properties Responsibility for receivables management and preparation of dunning runs Support for monthly and annual financial statements Monitoring and ensuring compliance with tax regulations Maintenance of master data relevant to rental agreements in RELion
your profile:
Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. real estate agent, real estate and housing management agent Several years of experience in real estate management Organizational talent and independent, responsible way of working Confident handling of MS-Office Ideally experience with RELion software Strong service and customer orientation
