Project Lead - Green Real Estate Go-to-Market (f/m/d)

customers reach their sustainability targets

What your responsibilities will be:

Help to further detail, implement and refine our Green Real Estate go-to-market approach together with operational units Independently lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement elements of our Green Real Estate go-to-market approach (e.g., data-driven lead generation, sales support infrastructure) Develop business cases and commercial models for our Green Real Estate products and services Develop a partner network approach and support its implementation Support the reporting process towards our Management Board and owner

What you bring to the table:

5+ years of professional experience in (strategic) management consulting, ideally with a focus on commercial excellence, transformations, sustainability or real estate Experience as project lead, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams Excellent conceptual skills, proactive strategic and “out-of-the-box” thinking Strong analytical skills and data affinity Experience in coordinating complex processes and projects Strong social and communication skills
