Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee
the setup of a WhatsApp-based marketing communication system.
Coordinate vendors or tools
(such as Twilio, Meta Business API providers, or CRM integrations) to ensure seamless setup and message delivery.
Design and document workflows
for automated message sequences aimed at re-engaging customers who have not completed purchases.
Collaborate
with marketing and creative teams to align messaging strategy and tone with brand voice.
Ensure compliance
with WhatsApp and data privacy regulations (e.g., opt-in consent, message limits, timing).
Test and optimize
the campaign flow before launch, ensuring delivery reliability and engagement tracking.
Report progress
to Augment Life leadership with clear timelines, milestones, and KPIs.
Qualifications
Proven
project management experience
in marketing or technology implementations.
Prior experience setting up
WhatsApp Business API
