Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager PAS-X to join our team in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and optimization projects for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PAS-X MES projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools and methodologies Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff, clients, and vendors, to ensure successful project completion Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycle Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing processes and customize PAS-X solutions to meet their specific needs Oversee system testing, validation, and documentation processes Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for client teams on PAS-X functionalities Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries Proven experience with PAS-X implementation and/or optimization projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Proficiency in PAS-X Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and its applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing Excellent skills in using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred PAS-X certification or training preferred In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory compliance Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Willingness to travel as required for project implementation and client meetings
